How do customers find my ordering page?
Share your link on Instagram, WhatsApp, your Google Business Profile, or a QR on tables and flyers. Khaao gives you the page — you bring the customers you already have.
I just take orders over WhatsApp — is Khaao for me?
Yes — that’s exactly who Free is for. Put your menu on one link, paste it into your chats, and every order lands in one list with your customer’s name and number. Cash and Interac are 0% on every plan; add card payments whenever you like.
How do customers pay?
Card at checkout, cash on pickup/delivery, or Interac — you choose which to accept. Card payments go straight to your own account (you’re the merchant of record); cash and Interac are always commission-free.
Do you handle delivery?
You arrange pickup or delivery yourself, exactly as you do today. Khaao organizes the orders and optimizes your delivery run into one planned route.
Can I ask Khaao about my own numbers?
Yes — Ask Khaao answers plain-English questions about your kitchen, drawn only from your own orders: busiest days, average order, best regulars, top sellers. Khaao never invents a number. It opens once your kitchen has 10 orders.
Do I have to leave my current POS?
No. Keep the register you already use. Square is the POS Khaao syncs with today — your menu comes across and online Khaao orders land in your register already-paid. Clover support is in build and is not connectable yet. Khaao runs your online growth, not your in-person till.
